ome nights you want to just have fun with your girlfriends, have a couple of drinks, and not have to worry about getting hit on by a string of creepy guys. Or maybe you just don’t feel like having to get dressed, but you’re still in the mood for a girls night.
These drinks are the perfect addition to any girls night. Cute, delicious drinks that are bar worthy but don’t require you to leave the comfort of your own home! Whether you’re feeling lazy or you want to invite the girls over to show off your skills, these are easy to make and fun to drink!
Mojito
Place mint leaves and 1 lime wedge into a sturdy glass. Use a muddler to crush the mint and lime to release the mint oils and lime juice. Add 2 more lime wedges and the sugar, and muddle again to release the lime juice. Do not strain the mixture. Fill the glass almost to the top with ice. Pour the rum over the ice, then fill the glass with carbonated water. Stir and add more sugar to taste. Extra points if you use a lime wedge to garnish the glass.
Margaritas
Place all ingredients into a shaker and shake well. Use salt to rim the glasses for an authentic look. Using a strainer, pour contents of shaker into your salt rimmed glass and enjoy!
Blended Raspberry Lemonade
Fill a blender with ice and add in desired amount of vodka. Pour in lemonade and blend until it is the perfect slushy. Pour into a glass and add a straw! Simple and delicious. The best part about sangria is how easy it is to make! Combine all ingredients into a pitcher, stir and serve!
Berry Punch
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until everything has been turned into liquid. Feel free to leave it a little slushy if you want. Pour into glasses and serve.
Peach Wine Cooler
Combine seltzer, peach juice and white wine in a pitcher. Add in honey if you want it to be extra sweet! Stir all together until thoroughly blended and honey, if added, has been dissolved. Garnish glasses with peach slices, pour and enjoy.
Ginger Sangria
Pour wine into a large pitcher and squeeze the juice from the lemon, orange and lime into the wine. Toss in the fruit wedges then add sugar, orange juice and gin. Chill overnight. Add ginger ale, berries and ice just before serving. If you’d like to serve right away, use chilled red wine and serve over lots of ice.
